Located right on the edge of Little Venice's picturesque and highly attractive canal-side walk, this Grade II listed building formerly served as the canal toll house.
It is a rare testimony of the waterway's history, with wear marks of the ropes that used to moor the river boats still visible on the eroded bricks of the house.
With natural materials and a focus on capturing the dancing reflections from the canal, we designed the house to be a cocoon for peace and quiet.
